The general meeting of the CAP PARTS AG with the presentation of the financial report 2012 will be on May 02, 2013.

The CAP PARTS AG participates in the "Woche der offenen Unternehmen" from 11/03/2013 - 16/03/2013.

80-year company anniversary

The company was founded in 1933 by Rudolf Ebert and since 22 years successfully continued by Hans-Gerd Meixner. CAP PARTS AG has specialized in recent years mainly due to the production of housings and cover plates for electronic components.

We wish all our employees, customers, suppliers and other business partners a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year 2013.

The "electronica" was a complete success. We made many new contacts and present our latest products.

We will be presenting at this year's electronics show "electronica" again our latest products.
These are already available on our website under Products / New products.

The CAP PARTS AG will exhibit at the "electronica" in Munich from 13th to 16th November   2012 in hall B5, booth 437.

On 21.09.2012, the staff celebrated the CAP PARTS AG its annual Fall Festival. The highlight this year was the visit of the observation tower in Scheibenberg.

We are pleased to welcome three trainees / BA students for the educational year 2012/2013 should be. For us it is important to attract and retain good offspring.

As of 10/01/2012 we have employed a total of 9 trainees / BA students with us.

We were awarded on 10/07/2012 by our customers Chemicon Malaysia, with a trophy, the best suppliers. (To enlarge the image, click on the picture.)

We were successfully certified again according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and DIN EN ISO 14001:2004.

For the CAP PARTS AG of zero defects principle is the focus, because of this we have installed in May 2012 the first machine-camera detection systems, to automate the visual quality control.

"We are proud of our accomplishments and are looking forward to achieving new goals in the coming years", under this slogan on 14/04/2012 our new production and warehouse was inaugurated. From 27/02/2012 - 02/03/2012, the PricewaterhouseCoopers AG (accountants society) reviewed  the financel report 2011.

The general meeting of the CAP PARTS AG with the presentation of the financial report 2011 will be on May 2nd, 2012.

As planned, our assembly snap-in moved on February 01, 2012 to completion in the new production hall. This marks another major milestone for the CAP PARTS AG is completed.

On December 28, 2011 we moved into our new production schedule parts facility at Scheibenberg. Already on January 02, 2012, production could be included in the pressroom of the new premises.

On November 17, 2011 will be held the topping-out ceremony of our new production and warehouse. We hope you can already take place in late December of the catchment of the first division. (To enlarge the image, click on the picture)

On 28.10.2011, the staff celebrated the CAP PARTS AG its annual Fall Festival. The highlight this year was the visit of the tin mines in Ehrenfriedersdorf.

The preliminary planning for our new 1750 square meter production and warehouse on the site Scheibenberg are completed. The construction was already underway.

The CAP PARTS AG supports the association "Staatliche Studienakademie Breitenbrunn e.V." with a donation, to commemorate the 20th anniversary.

We have the status "AEO - Authorised Economic Operator" received.

We were successfully certified again according to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and DIN EN ISO 14001:2004.

10-year company anniversary by the change of name to CAP PARTS AG

CAP PARTS AG has a long-established, successful and innovative history. The company was founded in 1933 by Rudolf Ebert. In 1972 was the forced nationalization and the operation part became 1980 to VEB Kondensatorenwerk Freiberg. In 1991, the current CEO Hans-Gerd Meixner took over with his wife the Fließpresswerk Scheibenberg GmbH. The internationalization of business, the company led to the change of name.

To expand our production capacity plans CAP PARTS AG to build a new additional production hall. The preliminary plans to be nearly complete.

From 28/02/2011 - 04/03/2011, the PricewaterhouseCoopers AG (accountants society) reviewed  the financel report 2010.

The general meeting of the CAP PARTS AG with the presentation of the financial report 2010 will be on April 28th, 2011.

The "electronica" was a complete success. We made many new contacts and present our latest products. These are shown on our website under products/new parts.

The CAP PARTS AG will exhibit at the "electronica" in Munich from 9th to 12th November 2010 in hall B5, booth 437.

The CAP PARTS AG will exhibit at the "Ausbildungsmesse" in Annaberg-Buchholz on the 11th of September 2010.

The certifying agency issued the the CAP PARTS AG the certificates DIN EN ISO 14001:2004 and DIN EN ISO 9001:2008. Both certificates are under "Downloads" apparent.

On June 29th, 2010, we successfully finished the certification according to DIN EN ISO 14001:2004 and DIN EN ISO 9001:2008.
The audit team will recommend to the certifying agency to grant CAP PARTS the certificate again.

Since 50 years, the impact extrusion of aluminium is a part of the product-portfolio of the CAP PARTS AG. To meet the high requirements of customers to always be equitable, the machinery will be enlarged.

The CAP PARTS AG supported the association "Städtisches Museum Zwickau e.V." with a donation to restore the precious holy figure "Jakobus der Pilger".

The CAP PARTS AG participates in the "Woche der offenen Unternehmen" (WfE GmbH) from 16/03/2010 - 18/03/2010.

From 01/03/2010 - 05/03/2010, the PricewaterhouseCoopers AG (accountants society) reviewed  the financel report 2009.

The general meeting of the CAP PARTS AG with the presentation of the financial report 2009 will be on May 18th, 2010.

CAP PARTS AG has been nominated for the "Großer Preis des Mittelstandes".

The company CAP PARTS AG has sucessfully completed the field test “sächsischer Gewerbeenergiepass”. On July 14^th 2008 the minister for economic affairs Thomas Jurk handed over the certificate to the 15 participants including CAP PARTS AG.

The "Unternehmerstammtisch" - consisting of companies of the administrative district Annaberg - will be carried out on April 7th, 2008, in collaboration with "Wirtschaftsförderung Erzgebirge GmbH" (WFE). For the first time the meeting will take place at CAP PARTS.

On August 24th, 2007, the production of the Brazilian subsidiary CAP PARTS do Brasil Ltda. in Porto Alegre was discontinued. The production facilities were sold to our Brazilian customer.
